1. You must be present at the time of delivery.
2. The goods must be opened immediately while the freight carrier is on site in order to reveal concealed damages.
3. Do not sign Bill of Lading before checking for damages. If severely damaged, DO NOT SIGN, refuse.
4. Once the Bill of Lading is signed, the manufacturer and Western Passion are not responsible for freight damages. It is then the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with the shipper.
5. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.

Good stuff only needs to be replaced . . . just cause, but don't really need to

I bought the Juan Antonio purse for my wife because of previous experience we had with another Juan Antonio purse. Matter of fact, is that it is the same model purse.

My wife continues to get compliments on her purse weekly when we are out and about. She loves her purse, but even after 10 years of daily use, her purse looks great and she has had many offers from folks that were willing to purchase it after she's done with it.

The original store we purchased the 1st Juan Antonio has gone out of business and we have been trying to track down where we could find Juan Antonio products for the last2 years.

Finally, we saw a flyer from Western Passion and couldn't believe our eyes when we saw the same purse still available, but from another source. I immediately put in an order for the purse to surprise her and needless to say she is ecstatic that we found it and she now has a "new" replacement. She has taken great care of her first purse and it still looks and wears great.

Might have to take up the next person that offers to buy it from her, because we now have a "new" replacement. She probably will have a hard time giving up here "old" purse because it still looks great. Her sentimental side may get the best of her as she will only pull out the "new" version for special occasions.

Now she wants to purchase Juan Antonio for all our female family members.

But, that's how quality leather products are . . . they last a lifetime if you take care of them and they are one of the few materials that look better after time and good care. Juan Antonio products are quality made of quality material and workmanship.

I would recommend anything that Juan Antonio makes.

I have so looked forward to getting the American West bag Annie’s Secret since October. I took the plug and finally ordered it last week. First, the online pics are very deceiving as the bag looks to be made of thick leather making it a true “lifetime purse”. In the description it claims the bag is hand-tooled leather which is false…it’s stamped. The leather is so thin making it prone to tearing, the lining is cheap fabric and even the zippers are very flimsy. This is definitely not as described and certainly not a $240 handbag. I would like to initiate a return immediately as I just received it yesterday.
