Absolutely love my new bed. The craftsmanship is awesome. Very sound and sturdy. Looks beautiful in my bedroom. It gave the room an updated look
First off the customer service with the sales/purchasing representatives, mfr dept, delivery, etc. was fantastic. Our home is in a somewhat remote location but absolutely no problems, which is not always the case despite purchasing from a high quality furniture companies. We paired the piece with existing furniture and in spite of reading the stats we found the height of the ottoman was higher than expected. Unfortunately, Western Passion was able to make custom feet sizes to lower it to a more comfortable height so we had to do so ourselves. Lastly, the piece is much more stiff than the accompanying furniture, which is more than likely what most would prefer. In hindsight we should've asked about the firmness and the possibility of using a softer cushion for our specific piece. Overall, 4.5 to 5 Stars so lets round up. If we find something that fits our needs we will definitely be using WP on future purchases so yes we recommend this company.
The ease, simplicity, quality and fit of everything exceeded our expectations. After we easily assembled the frame, and when we finally placed our box spring and mattress on the brand new bed, the box spring sat perfectly, easily fitting, but with no wiggle room, a nice crisp fit, so different from our previous bed. Getting into bed each night is a reminder of our good decision to go with Western Passion. This bed is built to last! Also, I have to say the local distributors of our delivery were amazing. Many checks along the way being certain we were ready for them. We had to change the delivery day and they were extremely amenable. Everything came to us by phone, text and email whenever there was a status update. This is a comforting way to handle customers. Companies like Western Passion and the distributor, delivery company are nearly impossible to find anywhere these days. Five stars!
I love the lamp. The quality and craftsmanship is great and the lamp adds a little warmth and character to the room.
This bed is beautiful and very sturdy. A quality product.
