1. You must be present at the time of delivery.
2. The goods must be opened immediately while the freight carrier is on site in order to reveal concealed damages.
3. Do not sign Bill of Lading before checking for damages. If severely damaged, DO NOT SIGN, refuse.
4. Once the Bill of Lading is signed, the manufacturer and Western Passion are not responsible for freight damages. It is then the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with the shipper.
5. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.

Quality and Care:

Fabric Care: Chambered inner bags back cushions are filled with polyester fiber that is blown carefully into a dual-chambered bag to prevent fiber from settling.

Foam/Fiber Cushions: Cushions are crafted with multiple layers of padding to ensure the most comfortable seating. We start with high-density foam and enclose with softer foam and polyester fiber for additional comfort.

Arm Tops: Rounded arm tops built from durable polyurethane are cut to retain perfect shape over time, and are reinforced for comfort the same way the seat cushions are - with added foam and fiber to ensure maximum luxury.

Sinuous Springs: Seating systems are supported by 8 gauge sinuous springs set apart at an ideal spacing to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable seating experience. Springs are tied together to maintain equal and even support thougout the seat.

Smart Frames: Frames are built using the time-tested mortise-and-tenon joining system and reinforced using hardwood and interior stretcher systems for a sturdy, long-lasting foundation.
