The ease, simplicity, quality and fit of everything exceeded our expectations. After we easily assembled the frame, and when we finally placed our box spring and mattress on the brand new bed, the box spring sat perfectly, easily fitting, but with no wiggle room, a nice crisp fit, so different from our previous bed. Getting into bed each night is a reminder of our good decision to go with Western Passion. This bed is built to last! Also, I have to say the local distributors of our delivery were amazing. Many checks along the way being certain we were ready for them. We had to change the delivery day and they were extremely amenable. Everything came to us by phone, text and email whenever there was a status update. This is a comforting way to handle customers. Companies like Western Passion and the distributor, delivery company are nearly impossible to find anywhere these days. Five stars!
