4. Once the Bill of Lading is signed, the manufacturer and Western Passion are not responsible for freight damages. It is then the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with the shipper.

Leather Description: This Italion, Full Grain Leather was designed with the intention of creating a casual, yet elevated aniline plus leather. Each hide exudes an authentic, worn-in aesthetic that is achieved through layering soft oils and waxes, followed by a light round of polishing and milling. This less-is-more approach in tanning highlights the natural features of this material.
Every hide is uniquely enhanced by natural features and distinctive grain fluctuations that assure individuality. Much as a thumbprint, these features give each hide a unique character and not considered defects or deficiencies. These hallmarks of nature—natural wrinkles, skin folds, cleanly healed scars, patterns of original hair follicles and other natural range markings—are authentic characteristics found only in the very best full grain leathers.
Frame Construction: Using traditional hand craftsmanship with modern manufacturing methods to produce frames that are among the finest used in the upholstery business. Each frame is precisely cut and hand assembled using kilned dried lumber. Double dowels are utilized in all structural parts to form sturdy, long lasting joints. To complete construction and add stability to the frame, large precisely cut corner blocks are positioned at each corner where the greatest stress occurs using both glues and screws.
