About Color Variation

Every piece of reclaimed oak barnwood is naturally unique. Variations in color, grain, saw marks,
weathering, and the way the wood accepts stain are all part of the beauty of authentic reclaimed wood. No two boards—and no two pieces of furniture—will ever be exactly alike.

Each piece is handcrafted using carefully selected reclaimed boards that complement one another, creating a balanced, one-of-a-kind design. These natural variations are expected, celebrated, and are never considered defects.

Shipping & Delivery

Large furniture is typically delivered by appointment using a furniture or specialized delivery carrier. Delivery method and service level may vary by item and destination.

Please inspect your order at delivery. If any damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt before signing and take photos of the item and packaging. Do not sign as received in good condition if damage is present. This documentation helps Western Passion work with the carrier to resolve any claim.

Returns

Returns in original, brand new condition are accepted. The purchase price, less original shipping/handling costs and a 20% restocking fee, will be refunded. Notification to Western Passion must be made within 5 days of receipt to obtain a return authorization number. Product must be adequately packed and insured prior to shipping. Customer is responsible for the product and its safe return until received by the manufacturer.
