By maintaining timeless standards founded in the principles of American craftsmanship, Wesley Allen remains the pioneer of iron furniture manufacturing. Skilled craftsmen and state of the art technology ensure each eclectic piece is unique and carefully hand crafted to create furniture of the highest quality and style.
Experienced craftsmen meticulously weld each piece together then hand pour each decorative casting directly over the welded iron to create an exceptionally solid bed as uncompromising in strength as it is in beauty. High gauge steel is used to ensure stability and mattress support, making them the strongest frames in the industry.
Expert colorists apply each finish by coating the bed in a powder paint that is electrostatically applied before baking it in specialty ovens at extremely high temperatures. This delivers a finish of superior durability and richness. Due to the individual attention in craftsmanship, each frame may have slight variations in tone, hue and shading that are not considered a manufacturers defect.
Wesley Allen's bed configurations include a bed frame EXCEPT for the Headboard Only and Headboard with Return Post configurations. These configurations will come pre-drilled with 15 holes to fit any standard frame, although it is recommended to use the Wesley Allen frame for strength and stability reasons. The bed frame will sit 8 inches from the floor. All products are coated with a powder paint that is electrostatically applied and baked on to provide a long lasting, chip resistant finish. All custom finishes are hand applied. Due to the individual craftsmanship in application, changes in dye lots and weather conditions, some slight variations in tone, hue and shading are not considered as a manufacturer's defect. Any standard bed frame may be used with the headboards.
Design your own bed with a selection of over 30 iron finishes, a wide selection of upholstery and bed configurations that will define your personality and bring your living space to life.
