Damage
Be sure to check all shipments carefully as soon as you receive them. If the package is damaged, have the delivery person make a note on the delivery slip. Also be sure to check for concealed damage as you unpack the item. If you find damage, notify the carrier as well as Western Passion within 48 hours.
