Every antler chandelier comes in natural brown color, which is the color of the antlers when the animal sheds then each spring. Sizes listed are approximate, and due to the nature of the antlers, each chandelier is one of a kind and will vary. Guarantee Chandeliers will be repaired or replaced if there is a manufacturer defect or damage due to shipping. Please call Western Passion at 1 888 239-1777 for authorization before shipping. Damage Be sure to check all shipments carefully as soon as you receive them. If the package is damaged, have the delivery person make a note on the delivery slip. Also be sure to check for concealed damage as you unpack the item. If you find damage, notify the carrier as well as Western Passion within 48 hours. Returns We accept exchanges on chandeliers for another antler chandelier, however, no other returns will be accepted. Chandelier must be carefully repackaged and sent freight pre-paid.
