Lamp will be repaired or replaced if there is a manufacturer defect or damage due to shipping. Please call Western Passion at 1 888 239-1777 for authorization before shipping.
Damage
Be sure to check all shipments carefully as soon as you receive them. If the package is damaged, have the delivery person make a note on the delivery slip. Also be sure to check for concealed
damage as you unpack the item. If you find damage, notify the carrier as well as Western Passion within 48 hours.
Returns
We accept exchanges on Bandera fixtures for another Bandera fixture, however, no other returns will be accepted. Fixture must be carefully repackaged, insured and sent freight pre-paid. Any packing/crating fees
will not be refunded and customer will be charged for original shipping cost. Fixture must be received in excellent condition.
